Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation for regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel (advanced functions)
- Proven track record in month-end closing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Remote work experience required
