Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Prepare accurate financial statements and compliance reports adhering to GAAP standards
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and optimize cash flow management
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls for financial systems
- Collaborate with auditors during financial examinations and tax preparations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
