Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for capital allocation and investment analysis
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes with variance analysis reporting
- Create executive dashboards visualizing KPIs, ROI, and financial performance metrics
- Conduct ad-hoc financial investigations to support M&A initiatives
- Partner with department heads to build annual operating budgets and forecasts
- Automate reporting workflows using Power BI and advanced Excel techniques
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal control frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in energy/industries
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Expertise in financial modeling and valuation methodologies
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong SQL knowledge for data extraction and manipulation
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate to executive stakeholders
