Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable functions and optimize cash flow management.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure operational integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
- Lead audit preparation processes and coordinate with external auditors.
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or advanced certification strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with proficiency in full-cycle operations.
- Expertise in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and MS Office Suite.
