Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Lead financial reporting initiatives with focus on GAAP compliance and variance analysis
- Streamline accounts payable/receivable processes while maintaining audit-ready documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and strategic financial planning
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification required
