Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Develop financial models and ad-hoc analysis for leadership
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with GAAP
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Proven experience with month-end close and reconciliations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in fintech or SaaS industry a plus
