Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end month-end and year-end close processes with precision and accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Perform complex general ledger reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Assist external auditors during annual audits and coordinate documentation requests.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure timely processing.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with the finance leadership team to provide strategic insights and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA certification is a strong plus).
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate or public accounting setting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, or SAP) and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Deep understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a fully remote environment.
