Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and tax filings.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct monthly financial analysis and variance reporting to senior management.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure all financial data is up-to-date and secure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Sage).
- Experience with remote work environments and virtual collaboration tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
