Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with actionable insights
- Manage complex month-end and year-end closing processes
- Lead accounts payable/receivable optimization and cash flow forecasting
- Coordinate internal and external audits with supporting documentation
- Develop and implement financial controls for operational efficiency
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and industry regulations
- Mentor junior accounting staff through financial best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in corporate settings
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel modeling
- Proven track record in SOX compliance and internal controls
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- Experience with multi-state tax filing and reporting
