Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Manage general ledger operations, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow forecasting
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedures
- Develop and maintain internal controls for financial systems
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews and tax filings
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in remote environments
