Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions and vendor invoices
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Execute timely payment processing via ERP systems
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor management
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Optimize AP processes for efficiency and compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
