- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including GL maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize accounting workflows and controls
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities during examinations
- Mentor junior accountants and implement continuous improvement strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Microsoft Excel
