Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 15-20 portfolio clients
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Implement and maintain internal controls for compliance
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Develop customized financial models for strategic planning

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
