Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts monthly
- Prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow)
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Implement and optimize accounting systems (QuickBooks ProAdvisor required)
- Assist with tax preparation and audit support
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification mandatory
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
