Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and accuracy
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and improve cash flow management
- Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal controls
- Mentor junior accounting staff and support cross-functional projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
