Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end and quarter-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and prepare comprehensive reports for executive leadership
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Lead internal audits and implement process improvements for financial controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and supporting documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced virtual environment
