Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliation
- Oversee tax preparation and compliance for corporate clients
- Develop and implement internal financial controls
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Provide financial consulting to support strategic decision-making
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA certification strongly preferred
- 5+ years of public or corporate accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven expertise in financial statement preparation
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
