Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 10-15 Dallas-based portfolio companies
- Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and variance analyses
- Oversee month-end/year-end closing processes with 48-hour turnaround
- Lead internal controls implementation and SOX compliance audits
- Develop cash flow forecasting models with 95%+ accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial initiatives
- Mentor junior accountants using virtual whiteboard sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance with CPA required (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, and Excel macros
