Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the full-cycle accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reconciliations for various bank accounts and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis for executive leadership.
- Ensure all tax filings and regulatory compliance requirements are met accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with the internal audit team to review internal controls and financial processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- CPA certification or active pursuit thereof is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
