Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in a healthcare setting
- Expertise in CPT/ICD-10 coding and insurance claim processes
- Proficient with medical billing software (Epic, eClinicalWorks, or similar)
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify and resolve billing errors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma required; Associate's degree in healthcare administration preferred
