Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end/quarter-end close processes for 100+ accounts
- Prepare consolidated financial statements compliant with GAAP/SEC regulations
- Lead internal controls testing and SOX compliance documentation
- Analyze financial variances and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with NY team on multi-state tax filings and audits
- Mentor junior accountants through monthly training sessions
- Implement new accounting software systems and process automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + CPA license or actively pursuing
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced Excel skills with VBA/macros implementation
- SAP/Oracle ERP system proficiency
- Experience with multi-state compliance (PA/NY focus)
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
