- Develop and maintain robust internal control systems
- Lead financial reporting initiatives for international operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SOX compliance, and tax regulations
- Proven experience managing night shift operations
