Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume accounts payable and accounts receivable processing with 100% accuracy.
- Perform nightly bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and general ledgers.
- Assist the finance team with the month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal controls and regulatory compliance standards.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for audit readiness.
- Collaborate with the operations team to resolve billing discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Must be available to work the night shift (Shift details will be provided upon interview).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
