Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile daily transactions during night shift hours
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with 100% accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements and balance sheets
- Utilize QuickBooks for real-time data entry and reporting
- Assist with payroll processing and tax documentation
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with day-time finance team for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Associates degree in Accounting/Finance (B preferred)
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- CPA or QuickBooks certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
