Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Reconcile complex bank accounts and intercompany transactions
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles for international clients
- Lead audit preparation and documentation requests
- Develop financial models and variance analysis reports
- Maintain internal controls and SOX compliance procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven night shift or remote finance work history
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and SEC regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
