Responsibilities
- Process nightly payroll and timekeeping adjustments with high precision.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts daily.
- Prepare and post adjusting entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
- Conduct internal audits of financial data to ensure compliance with GAAP.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records.
- Communicate with department heads regarding financial discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, including night shift background.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
- Ability to work independently in a low-light, night-shift environment.
