Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage and reconcile vendor invoices and customer accounts to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Payroll Processing: Oversee the night shift payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
- Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for automation and efficiency within the finance department.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work the night shift schedule.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or QuickBooks).
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a commitment to data accuracy.
