Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable during night shift operations.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, including variance analysis.
- Generate financial reports and dashboards for management review.
- Reconcile credit card statements and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain accurate fixed asset schedules and inventory records.
- Support the external audit process by providing requested documentation and schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or high-volume environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite).
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a night shift schedule.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- CPA certification is a plus but not mandatory.
