Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounts payable and receivable reconciliations and processing.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Conduct variance analysis on budget vs. actuals and report findings to management.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual audits.
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts with precision.
- Process payroll adjustments and resolve complex billing discrepancies.
- Ensure all compliance documentation is up to date for night shift operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite).
- Ability to work effectively during the night shift with minimal supervision.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-volume setting.
