Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining accurate general ledger accounts and financial records.
- Process accounts payable and receivable invoices and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions on a monthly basis.
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist with month-end close procedures.
- Support the Payroll Department with data entry and verification.
- Organize and file physical and electronic documentation.
- Respond to vendor and client inquiries regarding account status.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in number crunching.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well in a team environment.
- No prior professional experience required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
