Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP standards.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data entry and general ledger reconciliation.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and detailed variance analyses.
- Coordinate with external auditors during year-end audits and regulatory reviews.
- Streamline internal financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- CPA certification or CPA eligibility is highly preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of US GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls.
