What You Will Do:
- Oversee the full-cycle accounting process, including month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Prepare complex financial statements and variance analysis reports for executive review.
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and intercompany transactions.
- Ensure strict adherence to GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Lead the annual external audit process and assist with tax preparation.
- Provide mentorship to junior accounting staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger accounting and month-end close processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts with high accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and variance reports.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP standards.
- Assist in external audits and tax preparation as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
