Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP.
- Oversee and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation and review of tax returns and tax planning strategies.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies or variances.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting, financial reporting, or auditing.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a significant plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial regulations, and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
