Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the full-cycle accounting process, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis to senior management.
  • Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review and reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy and detect discrepancies.

Qualifications
