Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare accurate financial statements for executive stakeholders
- Lead internal audits and SOX compliance initiatives
- Optimize accounting workflows using Oracle NetSuite
- Mentor junior accountants and process improvement projects
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on financial strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Oracle NetSuite or ERP system implementation experience
- Proven ability to manage complex reconciliations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
