Responsibilities
- Oversee the monthly and annual general ledger closing processes.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements and reports for stakeholders.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable workflows to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance documentation.
- Conduct variance analysis and assist in the annual budgeting process.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
