Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger entries and perform complex month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
- Coordinate with external auditors and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and transparency.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and minimize risk.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA certification is a plus.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel skills required) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks).
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
