Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse clients across various industries
- Prepare monthly financial statements and balance sheets with 100% accuracy
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Implement and maintain QuickBooks Online systems for clients
- Assist with tax preparation documentation and year-end closings
- Provide financial insights to support client business decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
- Expertise in multi-client financial management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive data
