Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline financial reporting procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation preferred.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
