Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage complex reconciliations for multi-entity portfolios
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risk
- Collaborate with tax teams for strategic planning
- Mentor junior accountants on best practices
- Streamline reporting processes using advanced Excel/ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Proven track record in multi-entity accounting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
