Responsibilities
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes with precision and timeliness.
- Prepare and analyze complex financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements to ensure data integrity.
- Assist external auditors during annual audits and support tax preparation requirements.
- Streamline accounting workflows and implement best practices for expense management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of professional accounting experience, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
