Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of federal and state tax returns and ensure timely filing.
- Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
- Perform internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the management team to provide financial insights and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookups).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA certification is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
