Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliation
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and SEC regulations
- Collaborate with audit teams and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Develop financial models and forecasting for business strategy
- Maintain internal controls and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public/private accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and ERP systems
- Proven track record in month-end closing and audits
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
