Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations and the general ledger reconciliation process.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and assist in external audit preparations.
- Prepare budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure timely processing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- CPA certification or equivalent professional experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
