Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger accounting, ensuring accuracy and timely month-end close processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable operations, ensuring all invoices are processed correctly.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and audits.
- Conduct variance analysis to help management understand financial performance and budget variances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and internal controls.
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial management.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
