Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL, AP/AR, and month-end closings
- Prepare financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities
- Oversee payroll processing and tax filings
- Implement and improve internal financial controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (QuickBooks/NetSuite)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 3+ years experience
- CPA or CPA candidacy required
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Expertise in GAAP and tax compliance (CA-specific)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience in agricultural industry accounting preferred
