Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, variance reports, and budgets.
- Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of bank accounts and general ledger entries.
- Assist with external audits and internal controls compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting.
- Oversee month-end and year-end close procedures efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP).
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
