Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and variance reporting to support senior leadership.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax filings and external audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and systems.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
