Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close procedures
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports with precision
- Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements for financial reporting
- Collaborate with audit teams during internal and external examinations
- Develop and implement process improvements for financial systems and reporting
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities for departmental initiatives
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics)
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven accuracy in financial reporting
