Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly financial statements, variance analyses, and management reports
- Oversee tax compliance filings and ensure adherence to GAAP standards
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Implement and improve accounting systems for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews and tax audits

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA certification preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate setting
